Outlook.com and hotmail.com do not load

In the latest version of Opera, I am unable to access msn front page or my email.
Any ideas or recommendations? Thanks Ray (e-mail removed)

Also, in a previous version, When I saved an image, a download filename appeared. Once I clicked on it, I could edit (e.g., crop, color, brightness, size, etc) the image. Is this feature available in the latest version of Opera. Furthermore, this version, for some reason (?), seems slower than the previous version. Any ideas? Thanks. Ray (e-mail removed).

No problems here. Check extensions, AV, firewall and such things.

The current version is 21 and the previous version was 20. Are those the versions that you're talking about?

If so, did you mess with any settings in opera://flags? If so, reset them. And, as said, goto opera://extensions and disable all of your extensions to see if the problem goes away. If so, then you can enable each one and test to find the one causing the problem.

In Opera, when you save an image, you can double-click the filename that shows up near the top right of the page to have the image open in the default program for that image type. That should work the same between 20 and 21. I don't think Opera itself can do all those tweaks to the image. So, the image must be opening in some image editing program. Whatever it was, you could set that program to handle that type again. You should be able to do that in "Default Programs" in Windows.

Are you using the Opera 12.x (Presto) or the current Opera (Blink) 21?

Outlook.com and hotmail.com (hotmail, msn mail, live mail are all called Outlook by Microsoft)

One other thing might be a corrupted cache file, might try emptying cache then restart Opera and then try to load the pages again

Why Open the Web?

Despite the connecting purpose of the Web, it is not entirely open to all of its users.
