53.0 can't connect to any site

Just got auto update to 53.0 and I am no longer able to open any websites. Network diag link within Opera is also dead. I have trashed profile dir and cache dir as well as plist but to no avail.
Any suggestion would be appreciated. MBP Retina 2.5GHz i7/16GB/1TB, macOS 10.13.4

Wow, thank you so much! It was exactly it. I created an exception rule to workaround but not too comfortable about it. Is the code signature on the way?
