Uploading files

Well, the icon's tooltip says "image".
Can one upload something else? Like piece of music, an audiofile?
And what would be the format and size requirements?

@joshl As far as I know, only images can be uploaded. The icon to upload general files aren't even there.

So, what are the requirements? Clicking on the icon is fast, no doubt, but you'll see you've failed only after the failed attempt.
Well, just tried: the "Error" afterwards was "warning" me about the types - for a few seconds... I presume one could remember or copypaste - if they catch it...

Invalid file type. Allowed types are: .png, .jpg, .bmp, .jpeg

Why aren't gifs allowed? I've dozens of cute smilies:)

I suppose they don't want animations. Though given the file size limit you couldn't get too carried away with the animations anyway.

Apparently it being a techno forum, I'd presume the limitations wouldn't thwart the users from posting screenshots.
What's the size limit?
(Limitations or not, I can draw a penis in a screenshot! )

@joshl The size limit is 2 MB if I'm not mistaken.
