Opera VPN is not working (May 2018)

Is VPN opera already turned off? Why can not I use it since yesterday (10/05/2015) from indonesia?

@ajiwahyu17 For how long it's been happening? You need to check for at least a couple of working days, in different times and using different ISPs to make sure it's not a temporary issue or a network issue.
Done that, you need to provide information as of selected VPN region, where in the world are you, if VPN doesn't work with any site or just some ones, giving a couple of examples, as well as version of Opera and OS.
You also should try those steps

@ajiwahyu17 Opera VPN, the service within Opera for desktops, is not being turned off.
