You need to check for at least a couple of working days, in different times and using different ISPs to make sure it's not a temporary issue or a network issue.

Done that, you need to provide information as of selected VPN region, where in the world are you, if VPN doesn't work with any site or just some ones, giving a couple of examples, as well as version of Opera and OS.
