Good afternoon.

Today, I reinstalled Windows.
I start installing programs and got to my favorite "Opera" and there was a problem with synchronization - it does not work. I signed in and nothing.
I ask to help with the arisen problem.

I am nowhere near the servers, the mods are all volunteers. I have seen some issues posted concerning problems since the Windows 10 April update (as Microsoft has been calling the update), but no particular answers yet.

@makagoi-0 If you go to Settings > Browser and click the Sync "Advanced configuration" button you see a dialog, but the dialog actually has a URL of opera://settings/syncSetup if you look at it.

Yes, I did it all.
And the Opera is absolutely new, because I installed it after reinstalling Windows. I even reinstalled it several times.
