          I am nowhere near the servers, the mods are all volunteers. I have seen some issues posted concerning problems since the Windows 10 April update (as Microsoft has been calling the update), but no particular answers yet.

                I allowed tabs to open, but that did not help.

                      @makagoi-0 If you go to Settings > Browser and click the Sync "Advanced configuration" button you see a dialog, but the dialog actually has a URL of opera://settings/syncSetup if you look at it.

                            Yes, I did it all.
                            And the Opera is absolutely new, because I installed it after reinstalling Windows. I even reinstalled it several times.
