Changing searh system in Instant Search

How can I change search system in Instant Search? By default it is Yandex , but I want to set Google

@blaker-positiv You can't. However, you can use the search engine keyword to search on it using instant search.

@mikemiers It's not a bug to be fixed, but maybe in the future they will change that and allow choosing the search engine.

I agree with topic author. If it's not a bug, then it's VERY strange behaviour or developers logic (or just money/sponsors). My default search engine is NOT Yandex, so why should they insist that I should use Yandex within instant search.

@exc As already said, instant search uses start page search engine, that (also) can not be changed.

1. Close browser
2. Search for C:\Users<User_name>\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Local State file
3. Open with notepad
4. Search for country "location":{"country":"ua","country_from_server":"UA".. string
5. Change "ua" and "UA" to "us" and "US"
6. If it does not help, change to "en" and "EN"
