Opera Mail Option?

I've been utilizing Opera Mail for many years now. First when it was still integrated with the Opera browser, later as a stand alone email client.

My question:
Is there an option in Opera Mail to find out if your email is being read by the recipient?
Here are some tools, but I don't know if any of them -or any others- work with Opera Mail:

@lode There is no such option in Opera Mail.

There is no way to reliably verify delivery anyway - unless the recipient is naive or allows you to, of course.
