Can't submit bug report

After "submit" bug report I don't have right email. I receive only:

@grzejnik32 Suggestion only. If you have Opera developer running, there is a report icon on top right of screen next to heart icon. Click and give detail making sure you're referring to a different edition. Hope this assists.

This is the first time when you try to send a bug report?
You can consider retry to send a new bug report later.
