Express panel after reinstalling windows

I saved the files bookmarks, favorites, stash. then reinstalled Windows, downloaded the opera and replaced the files there with saved ones and for some reason nothing changed in the browser itself.

You find 'other speed dials' in the bookmarks manager.

@iamwill You mean to make your old speed dials into current speed dials? if so, then just copy them to the 'speed dial' folder in bookmarks manager.
