<![CDATA[Express panel after reinstalling windows]]>I saved the files bookmarks, favorites, stash. then reinstalled Windows, downloaded the opera and replaced the files there with saved ones and for some reason nothing changed in the browser itself.

You find 'other speed dials' in the bookmarks manager.
