Ad Blocking Is No Longer Working

Hi

Ad blocking has recently stopped working altogether, as can be seen from the image below:

Ad blocking is set as "On" in my user settings:

I am using the latest version of Opera and running the latest version of Windows 10:

Can anyone please tell me how I can resolve this problem, or what is causing it, because I thought the built-in ad blocking feature of Opera was great.

You have to select "Lists" to block the ads from "Manage Lists".

Do you have any selected?

NoCoin, as EasyList and Easy Privacy are mostly recommended too.
