You'll have to translate that to English; I don't recognize it.

              Disable the "ciphertext"

In English, 'cipher text' refers to the encrypted result for a word or message. A "password" or "pass-phrase" is the text key used to cause encryption or decryption of a word or message. What part of Opera's use of encryption are you wanting to disable?

Forgot your password code. I do not want to reset it.

@xenastar And did you change your Opera account password or your computer password? When Opera is asking you for that pass-phrase?

@xenastar What? In this case you need to provide your old password when Opera asks for a pass-phrase.

Bullshit, you should not need it when you log in.

@xenastar Your saved passwords are encrypted using your OS login credentials and some of your synced data (passwords) are encrypted using your Opera account credentials so when you change it, Opera needs to check the old credentials to verify that you is really you.

You would if privacy or security mattered to you. It's a browser privacy feature to prevent somebody else's access by simply copying your browser's files to another computer or accessing them from another user account on the same system or network. If you don't care about the privacy, then yes, it can simply be an obstacle.
