Whenever I click on an opened tab, the page refreshes

Whenever I click on an opened tab, the page refreshes, and sometimes it even goes on an infinite loop of page reloading. does anyone know how to fix that it is VERY annoying

Which version/build of Opera an which OS? I'm not seeing this issue here.
