I just would like to convert all my speed dial entries (some are folders) into a single folder that I will then move to my Bookmarks Bar for access with a single click from any website I am visiting - instead of having to go back to my Speed Dial page to access the speed dial icons I have on the page.

Go to the bookmarks' page and create the folder, then go to the 'speed dial' folder on that same page and copy/move its content to that folder that you've created.
