Opera is using near 100% of cpu

I have restarted the computer but it Opera continuously spending too many resources, I find it hard to work with Opera now, sometimes laggs and it freezes every moment.

I attach a screenshot of the windows resource monitor:

what's the problem, this is happening me for 2 days, I don't think it's my computer 'cause it's a high-end one. with an i7-7700k

What tabs are open? Maybe one has one of those cryptocurrency miner scripts ...

Try checking Opera's task manager to see what is causing the issue.

I have 2 windows and 4 tabs on each one, just videos and facebook and regular webpages

@thedarkmonk videos can use lots of CPU.

Anyway, did you check the task manager?
