Will there be any updates or future builds for Opera Neon ? Kinda like the clean and simple design. Or it is discontinued since January ?

In a sense, it never existed. It was a concept browser, intended to show where they might go in the future. It will never be updated, but parts of it may make it into regular Opera eventually.
