Sites randomly showing up on Speed Dial?

Every once in a while a random site shows up in my Speed Dial that I didn't add there. I already have the "Show Speed Dial Suggestons" unchecked but it is still happening. Is there some other setting I need to turn off to prevent this from happening?

Nope, this is one of the prices you pay for using a free (of cost) product.

They are for companies Opera contracts with, and appear when Opera is updated. If you delete them, they should stay gone, but there will still be new ones from time to time.
