where to get a plugin or better can write developers. Need to tabs was the url address.
need a place for the title "Opera Forums"
to specify the title and url "Opera Forums - https://forums.opera.com"

You do realize that will be a bit long to display on a tab? Changing a page title is fairly easy - one line of javascript could do it for any given page, but you would need an extension to have it happen automatically.

I know how to install the extension, but the extension does not.
