Opera will not offer to save the userid and password. The option is checked.

I remember reading that some sites disallow saving sign-in credentials. Is this what's happening here?

Yes, I know of password managers that are available. Tried LastPass and was disappointed. Too confusing.

I don't see any directives in the page source telling a browser not to save it.
