Inspect Element Settings Workspace

Hi there!

I'm wondering how can I use the "workspace" in Opera (Inspect Element > Settings > Workspace )?
My goal is that to make my job easier when I'm working on a front-end project. How can I setup the workspace there, that will save my process during my work? Sorry for my question if it isn't clear enough.

I would very appreciate if somebody describe for me how it's working in Opera, or is there any documentation for this?

It is the same as in Chrome, so I'm sure there is documentation available.
