Problem with VPN and Youtube videos resolution.

Hi, for two days that the VPN does not work, and no virtual location appears.

My second problem is with Youtube videos, since the resolution does not appear complete, because black stripes appear to the sides, like when you upload a vertical video. Almost all the videos look like this, and yes, it only happens with Opera, with other browsers not.
