Avoiding cache servers in extreme mode?

Hello,
In some parts of the world (like East Africa, where I operate), the internet connection is slow and using opra mini in extreme mode actually have negative effect. The browser redirect the traffic to servers located in US or GB (in my case) and then forward the traffic back to my country, which makes loading time double compared with any other browser. Is there a way to skip/avoid caching for my websites?
Thanks!

That's ok if you have access to the clients devices. What about from website point of view? The people have no idea how their browser works and blame the website for being slow.

But there are some websites who are fully functional even in extreme mode (for example betika.com). Is this a hack/bug or there is something I can do to have the same effect on my websites?

You can request such configuration via business enquiries form: http://www.operasoftware.com/company/contact/form
In Extreme mode our servers download all resources for your page, render the page and then send result to the client (for example in Africa). As long as there is a reasonable link between your web server and Opera Mini servers, the distance is not that important. Most typically problems with long page loading are caused by some JavaScripts and ad frameworks.
