Start menu and disabilities

I got rid of Opera years ago when they started making changes that were not conducive. I recently installed it to see if it had gotten any better. It has continued to become worse in my eyes.
There is still no Start Menu toolbar. I don't know about you but I have a disability. Clicking a mouse is difficult. Having the start menu toolbar means one less click each time I want to do something. It may not seem like a lot to you but it means a great deal to those whose hands don't work right. One less click x once = nothing, but one less click x several times = a lot.
Why doesn't Opera give this option to assist those with disabilities? Do you not have any disabled people on your staff that could help test things which would aid those with disabilities? It feels like you just don't care.

Right-click on the tab but no reload appears UNLIKE other major browsers.
This means extra clicking is required. Instead of one (right) click on the tab to get the context menu and the reload option, you have to click on the tab to open the web page, then right clicking in any non-text space to get a context menu (which is a different one than what you get when clicking on text), then clicking on reload.
So, instead of having the same context menus for text and non-text right-clicking, you have different ones. This could cause confusion for those that have cognitive difficulties.

And then you aren't allowed to edit any right-click context menu to make it easier for those with difficulties either.
This kind of proves that you really don't care about those with disabilities. You really must not want to become a more major browser otherwise you would have addressed these issues long ago.

You could use keyboard shortcuts (customizable). Pressing Alt opens the Menu.
For tab reload you can activate mouse gestures and use “right click, up-down” or use F5.
Other mouse gestures I use are; open new empty tab “right click, pull down” (same as Ctrl+T) and close active tab “right click, down-right” (same as Ctrl+W).

You should be able to start Opera by searching for it in Start Menu search box.

Anyway, can't you just manually add Opera to that Start Menu toolbar?

Why would some need/want to reload a page if there is no intention of going to that page? Also, many pages nowadays are kinda dynamic and update themselves automatically, putting something in the tab to show that there is a change.

Yes, because they are different things and therefore demand different menus. What makes sense in a context menu for a link doesn't necessarily make any if in the one for an empty space and vice-versa.

It used to be possible in Opera Presto and also used to cause lots of confusion.
Anyway, customization is something that people request a lot so maybe you can show your support for it on Suggestions Box.
