Opera Portable download and usage query?

If downloading portable from Windows 10 Home (v1607) 64-bit, can it then be used on Windows 7 Professional 32-bit, and vice versa?

I assume portable downloads all required browser files directly to USB and not onto C:\ drive?

There's only one installer.
I assume portable downloads all required browser files directly to USB and not onto C:\ drive?
As far as I know, you can choose where to install it.
If downloading portable via USB 3.0, can portable then be used in USB 2.0, and vice versa?
The installer most probably don't know if your USB device is 2.0 or 3.0.
What size USB is best to use for portable and what is the size of download?
1GB should be enough. The download should something around 40,45MB.

I dislike so much that with Opera portable if you close the browser (continue where left set in settings) and leave some tabs (sites) + start page (speed dial) and close the browser - speed dial isn't never open when relaunch Opera!
