New number appearing in Opera 12.14 Window frame "1243:702"

Hello
I'm sure I havent seen these numbers before and just wondered if it is a virus or such.
It appears in the top left hand corner next to the O for opera logo in the top window frame.
Sometimes I get another number instead of 1243:702.
Can someone tell me what is happening here?
Btw, happily using 12.14 until new Opera adds equivalent features

I guess this is caused by opera:config ShowWindowSize?
(Which you can also find at Menu → Settings → Preferences → Advanced → Browsing → Show webpage size in title bar.) -

I don't want to disappoint you but they are not planning to add most of the features that brought us to Opera.
