Hi pkshivaram. Very pleased you've been able to see the issue (I assume your machine is 64-bit).
May I suggest downloading v45.0.2552.898 to test the url on your system with that version, as this is the last Opera version where it correctly functions, at least for me.
v46 to date will not work correctly with the interactive graph page - I'm guessing you found that?
I've also tried using up-to-date versions on beta and developer channels and those doesn't work either (on the url).I've tried several other browsers and there's no problem with it.
Also no problem using Windows 10 Home 64-bit (Anniversary Update).
Tried different machines with no probs, etc etc.I hate having to use IE, so to view the url with Opera, I am stuck using v45.0.2552.898 on my Windows7 Pro 32-bit machine.
Sett's all in order, and no probs with any other site, interactive or otherwise.Hi Leo, I'm now almost certain this issue has developed between the first version v46, as this is when things happened - beta v47 and dev v48 carry the same issue. There is zero issue with the url as I can use Opera v45 without problem - VERY smoothly.
For info, current versions v46, v47, and v48, all working well on all other sites, but not with the url mentioned. If time allows, Is it possible one of your Mod friends can reproduce the issue using Win7 Pro 32-bit please? (I realise you're using Win10). However, as pkshivaram found the same issue with Win10 Pro, it seems the is more widespread, perhaps?
Thank you, and thanks to developers for maintaining a great browser. -

Not working with the version V45 also, it is problem with the opera itself but other browsers are working fine like chrome and UC browser

Hi Leo, thank you for your interest with my problem. I am of the older generation and have had to learn all this stuff and sometimes confusing terminology, which at times is not easy, so please bear with me as I'm not a computer wizard.
for info, since I started this thread, I'm now running Opera v46.0.2597.57 Stable [on Windows 7 Pro 32-bit] still with the same result, and have to revert to v45 to have 100% functionality with the above url. ZERO PROBLEM WITH OTHER SITES.
By opera://gpu, I assume you ask about GFS re HA? In settings, I have "Use hardware acceleration when available" checked. Below is gpu for v46.0.2597.57.
- Canvas: Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable.
- Flash: Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable.
- Flash Stage3: Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable.
- Flash Stage3 Baseline profile: Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable.
- Compositing: Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable.
- Multiple Raster Threads: Disabled.
- Native GpuMemoryBuffers: Software only, hardware acceleration disabled.
- Rasterization: Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable.
- Video Decode: Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable.
- Video Encode: Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable.
- WebGL: Hardware accelerated but at reduced performance.
- Web GL2: Unavailable.
That's it. So I now refer to gpu when using the previous version, v45.0.2552.898 on same system, and where above url works at 100% and zero flaws.
GFS is exactly the same except for below.
- VPx Video Decode: Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable. (This line doesn't exist in v45).
- WebGL: Unavailable.
Hope very much this assists. Thank you.

Apologies for slight error. Above should read;
- Flash Stage3D: Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable.
- Flash Stage3D: Baseline profile: Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable.

Sorry people but seen another error - my fault entirely. Above post should read:
- VPx Video Decode: Software only, hardware acceleration unavailable. (This line doesn't exist in v46).
- WebGL: Unavailable.
I will try to be more careful when posting. Thank you.

Hi Leo, that may make some sense I guess, and something to which I'm not familiar, though I make sure I get every system update which is delivered. However, please forgive me asking a stupid question so I can more easily understand - If I have zero issues using other interactive sites (and I have to use many), zero issues with all other videos and/or charts, and zero functionality issues using Opera v45.0.2552.898 with above url, then in your considered opinion, why could it be just one single site visited that I have issues with using Opera v46?
Am I wrong to believe that after trying several other browsers on the same system without any adjustments in order to narrow down the problem, and have zero problems, that if the graphic card drivers were not up to date, I would have similar issues elsewhere, but this is not the case in this one specific instance! Btw, it matters not whether VPN and adblocker are on or off, the same result on that one site remains when viewing the interactive chart.
I much prefer using Opera desktop [set as default] as I have done for years, and rarely encounter problems, especially one such as this. I can also access the url on my old mobile using old OperaMini, and the chart functions as it should do - without problems.
If I eventually find a "fix" for this issue, I'll post it, though I do wonder if it may have something to do with chromium. Thank you.

It may be due to a bug in 46 or something may have changed in 46 so that the site is not working correctly.

Among those other browsers there were Chrome or any other based on Chromium included?

Hi Leo, and a 'bug' with v46 development is what I'm tempted to suggest - perhaps. I've been thinking this since attempting to resolve this single issue. The last v45 Stable as above behaves as it should with that url, with zero problem (checked again today on Win7 Pro 32-bit). The issue started from the first v46 Stable, to date. Also same behaviour with chart on above url with beta v47 and Dev v48. In my humble opinion, something may have gone wrong during v46 development - but I'm no expert.
In your considered opinion, is it worth me raising a bug report or is it likely developers may have already seen this thread?
Among those other browsers there were Chrome or any other based on Chromium included?
Have tried IE; Chrome; Vivaldi; and a couple other Opera versions, ALL with zero problem. I'm a dedicated Opera fan and hope this info assists Opera. Thank you.

My OS is Windows 10 64 bit, I am also having a similar problem with Opera's latest updates, some pages are too slow with Opera and for some reason I keep seeing the "blue loading circle". And the website mentioned in the first post is the same with me, the website won't even load, there is a huge lag even when closing the website.
I am also having the same issue with the state's weather forecast website only where you can see the weather forecast chart: https://mgm.gov.tr/
Maybe it has something to do with the services used to create those charts? -

It seems fine here.

I think it would be better to report that problem. Mention this topic in your report.
Hi Leo, thank you for your assistance which is much appreciated.
I downloaded "Chrome" v59.0.3071.115 again to recheck my findings. The URL I mentioned functions without any problem whatsoever on Chrome, though I find Opera [v46] is faster, yet doesn't work as intended on that URL as mentioned, but it's still thumbs up for Opera
One interesting thing I noticed in Opera v46.0.2597.57 (from which I write this), the Browser Identification string also refers to the above version of Chrome. As both browsers are built on chromium, I wonder if this may perhaps point more towards an Opera v46 issue with Win7 Pro 32-bit. I hope this info helps Opera.
I will raise a report as you suggest. Thank you.

A EUREKA MOMENT
Hi Team, possible FIX to my single issue above. Tried this from Developer channel latest version.
Came across the following info elsewhere as follows:
-
Go to opera://flags and find Override software rendering list and change its value to Enable from Disable.
-
Then find Enable GPU rasterization and set it to Enabled from Default.
-
Then relaunch browser.
So with everything crossed that's what I tried. BINGO - the URL I first mentioned above working 100% again. To be sure I changed those two flags back to their original values and relaunched [developer] browser. Sure enough the graph on the URL was not working and could not scroll the page when the graph was trying to load.
Modified those sett's again as described, and the URL working again. So now this issue is absolutely an Opera issue. I'm not brave enough to try the same on the current Stable and beta versions without support.
At least this now gives Opera Developers a head start to work on and hopefully to fix. The issue started from v46 first version.
My OS Windows 7 Professional 32-bit. Thank you.

Hi violetphoenix
weather forecast chart: https://mgm.gov.tr/
Found something that may assist you on my Win7 Pro 32-bit machine.
I found exactly as you describe on that site. However, When I clicked on the "English" tab top right, the site you mention functioned without problem, including ALL the graphics, animated or otherwise, and all the links.
Also checked it out on Win10 Home (Anniversary Update), and agree with leocg, it works fine.

Hi Team, this is my final contribution to this thread.
OS: Windows 7 Professional 32-bit, using Opera v46.0.2597.57. I think my latest findings may (or may not) assist other Opera users with slower/older systems, and those users with acceleration issues.
Regarding my above mentioned URL which I repost here for convenience http://livecharts.co.uk/MarketCharts/futsee.php
I found that by changing ONLY "Override software rendering list" in opera://flags, to Enable from Disable, then relaunching the browser, offers a 100% cure.
This flag "Overrides the built-in software rendering list and enables GPU-acceleration on unsupported system configurations".
On my system above, Opera://GPU displays "WebGL: Hardware accelerated but at reduced performance".
Changing this one flag to "Enable" makes WebGL setting in GPU display: "Unavailable" (on my system).
Also noteworthy when changing this flag, is that it displays the GFS in GPU (on my system) back to how it was in v45.0.2552.898, this being the last version where the above URL worked correctly on my Win7 system.
In addition, when in beta or developer on my Win7 system, only by changing this flag to "Enable" will the URL above work correctly as intended.
I confirm there are zero issues with current Opera versions when using Windows 10 Home (version 1703) 64-bit, and the URL works as intended without changes.
So while I found a 'fix' for my Windows 7 Professional 32-bit system, I hope this info helps other dedicated Opera users.

Some good news for Opera devs, SOLVED
Giving regard to this thread I started, and specifically to my Win7 Pro 32-bit system, I guess it's right I place this update here to finish this discussion.
There have been several Opera versions since I first posted this issue, but I'm very pleased to confirm that Opera v47.0.2631.55 Stable, and v48.0.2679.0 developer, fully function on the above (charts) as intended without any changes whatsoever to flags as previously mentioned.
So whatever was happening with v46, it clearly had issues with the above. As we now have a functioning v47 Stable, I see no reason to keep this discussion open as this info will still be available to read?
I further confirm there are zero issues with the above on my Win10 Home (v1703) 64-bit system.
Thank you to Opera developers for a great browser that just keeps getting better with user feedback.
