temporary_downloads

Since a few weeks ago, whenever Opera downloads a file, it creates a folder on my Desktop called "temporary_downloads" and then saves the file in there. How can I switch off that behaviour?

How to post about a problem in Opera
I've never seen this before. What folder is set as default one for downloads? This folder is always on? That temporary folder is cerate when you download a file or after you have opened it from Opera?
Are you using any extensions?

- That folder should be confined to a special folder somewhere in the deep.
- One would expect that the browser clears this folder automatically. For my Olde Opera, it wasn't exactly each time on exit, but it was regularly. So check it out - and maybe chillax, in the sense of not worrying too much.
- Myself even created a desktop shortcut for that folder in yonder days so that I could get easy access, use files and clean it. So in a sense, you're lucky :jester: (however it's not normal).
