cannot browse to IP address

I want to be able to browse to: ipaddress:port/default

The pages sits there but doesn't load.

I am a web app developer, this needs to work for me.

What kind of IP address? Did you try disabling data saving?

If the IP address is not on your LAN (that is to say, if it is an address that Mini's servers could actually access) then it should work. But if you're trying to access some page on your LAN (say, your router, printer, or network-attached storage) then Mini can't see it since the server is outside your LAN.
