Please incorporate Free VPN option (currently in Developer version) into Stable version [on Windows.] I did some searching & found out it's only in Developer builds --I need it cause of the Virtual IP (safety) & Traffic Usage count. I checked in [Search] Setting plus couldn't find it anywhere. Please bring this feature into the Stable releases, it would be much appreciated ! I even remember telling my friend Opera has a built-in VPN even before it was announced ('cause the Opera Turbo worked similarly (proxied connection.)) To think I thought it would be in the new update together /w the Dark Theme option & stuff, but no ! Don't want to switch to Developer build now because I will lost my Settings\ Extensions\ Info if I go ahead & do a fresh install. --Using Stable build 45 (Free VPN feature was blogged in May ~20ish --still not implemented.) Or can I get the SurfEasy addon or something & use that ? Regards,

VPN is on stable version of Opera since version 40, released on September 2016.
Are you in China? VPN is not available there and maybe in other places too.
And next time try to better format your text so it's more readable.Yeah I don't have it in my locale (Sri Lanka.) Must be a U.S. thing. Possibly due to the lag in latency.
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security and click on Enable VPN.
There is none, like I said I used Search Settings & manually scoured the Settings pane. It's just not there !
I was thinking of getting the SurfEasy addon, but that might not be available in my locale either. Was so excited when I went to Opera Home to look at new features --Dark Theme was a nice addition --the browsing speed is also muuuch faster ! Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool deleted an addon --hope it wasn't the VPN feature !
