Incorrect operation of pop-up windows "Downloads", "Copy-Search" after Creators Update on Opera 4x.

Problem appeared after installation of Windows Creators Update.
After Drivers rollback to old OEM version pop-up windows "Downloads", "Copy-Search" operate correctly.
Opera 45.0.2552.869 Stable (russian)
Windows 10 32-bit 1703 15063 (Creators Update)
Driver Intel 965 Express Chipset Family:
Microsoft - WDDM 1.1 v 8.15 (2012) - incorrect operation after Updating Windows 10;
OEM v 7.14 (2006) - correct operation before and after.
Could you advice me where should I ask for help: Opera, Microsoft, Intel?

There is nothing aroundto look at: where is solution?
I don`t have pop-up windows of Downloads in the right top corner and Copy-Search above selected text.
Why? When will this bag be fixed?Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1) version 8.15.10.2697 of 01.10.2012 — MicroSofts driver on Intels equipment(Intel "finished interactive support") This driver ceases to display Download and Copy-Search pop-ups after Creators update. There was no problem before updating.
Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family version 7.14.10.1244 of 30.03.2007 — Intel`s driver from disk to my notebook. This works correctly with Opera, but n ot with Windows 10: https://imgdepo.com/show/10689161
So most likely problem caused by Microsoft. May be they insensibly finishing support of antient comps.
But, probably, Opera developers (developers of the most convenient browser) could fix this minor inconvinience, bypass this slippery place in driver-operational system interaction?Please, help! Fix it!
