System color for window's border is not used

I have turned on the option to use the system color for the Opera's window - and it does not work.
Window's color remains as it is, no matter if the check mark is ON or OFF.

Please, help. That's really annoying

This started from the new update version: 45.0.2552.812
Windows 10 x64.
