How to prevent Opera to accidentally close while downloading

Hi,
I'm sorry but English is not my native language.
Can anyone tell me if Opera has an option to prevent from accidentally closing while downloading ?
I've made this mistake several times and I'm a little bit tired of it !

Opera should warn you if you try to close it and there are downloads running.

What version of Opera and OS do you have?

That's strange. I've just checked and the warning appeared here.

Is opera://flags/#show-downloads-in-progress-warning enabled?

Show a warning when quitting the browser with unfinished downloads

is enable !

Yep, as it may be being caused by a corrupted profile.

First you may want to check with extensions disabled if you use any.
