Opera not working at all

For the last couple of weeks opera just became completely broken. I cant open any pages, including settings page, history and other stuff. Whenever i try to open a page the page just goes completely blank as it can be seen from the screenshot . I tried uninstalling and re-downloading, deleting the user settings and all sorts of things but it doesnt work.

Install Opera portable or create a new profile folder.
