Problems with window size (small window with scrolling option) after minimizing the browser

For many months now I've had a irritating problem regarding the browser and window size after minimizing/shifting to other running programs. When I return to Opera the page I was in has then suddenly turned very small, and I now need to use the scroll bars on the side/bottom. Usually I need to open a new tab for a few times so this normalizes, and I can have a full-size window.
How can this be fixed? I wan't to keep Opera as my main browser, but this problem is so time-consuming and irritating that I will stop using the browser if I don't find a way to fix this bug.

Try the steps on this topic and also provide the basic info needed like version of Opera, OS, etc.

Your installation version (type), extensions installed.
Your system's antivirus program, and the regular cleaner if you use one.I'd also add that for a problem, it seems important to point out FROM WHICH VERSION IT STARTED and, hopefully if one remembers, what unusual or noticeable thing happened then - to the system etc.
Well, in this case antivirus and cleaner might not be relevant. However, there happen unusual programs able to do some nasty, notably system performance managers.
