Website doesn't load in Opera Beta, yet it works in Chrome, Edge, Firefox.

Hi, lately I've been having a few troubles with websites - A website gives me a webserver error, however it's fine in my other browsers - I've even cleared the cache. YouTube is not working as well as Chrome, with buffering issues. Perhaps they're linked.

Is anyone able to access this website fine in Opera 45: http://www.cplusplus.com/reference/cmath/sqrt/

That site is fine in Opera Developer (46), so I see no reason it wouldn't work in 45 ... any extensions? Use Turbo or not?
