YouTube fullscreen problem

When I press the fullscreen button on YouTube, the video controls go behind the taskbar thus they become inaccessible. I noticed this happens when there's a program opened (like a media player, for instance, and it's paused) or a game in alt+tab mode. When there's no media player or game running, fullscreen is OK and video controls are accessible.
