Disable automatic redirect

This is possibly a bit of a numpty question, but I can't find the setting I need to disable automatic redirects on the current version of Opera (44.0). Googling just gives me loads of instructions for how to do it in the previous versions, which of course are now obsolete. Can someone put me out of my misery and tell me where it's gone in the new settings menu structure. Thanks.

Why not? This has been part of Opera for as long as I can remember. It's a really useful development tool. Why was it removed? What's the most recent version of Opera that still has it?

It was never implemented in Opera Chromium.

Opera 12.

Hmm. That's a bit suboptimal, really. From a developer point of view, Opera's distinctiveness - including features like this that weren't found on any other browser - was what made it such a valuable development tool. It's a real shame to lose that.

Do you know of any plugin which will replicate this functionality? And is there anywhere this can be logged as a feature request?

Feature requests go in the Suggestion Box forum. No idea about the extension ...

There is an extension for Firefox. Thus there might be one for Chrome or Opera. Try googling "no redirect" or something...
