Opera 44 Windows: Menu items missing?

Been trying to find setting to enable Home page button. Also to enable Toolbar Menu options.
I have searched Google and all answers all point to Settings that are not available. e.g. Toolbar Appearance by right click on toolbar. There is no Appearance option shown. Were these settings from earlier version and now removed. Im confused. Any clues?

There aren't such options in Opera Chromium (Opera 15+).

You probably were reading instructions for old Opera Presto (Opera 12 and older).
