The new version Opera 44 has a scrolling icon. I can not turn it off. Help how?

Do you see it in private windows also?
No. This is observed only in the browser of the opera. The icon appears in all tabs, even in the settings.

Disable the extension that you've installed to get that cursor.
No extensions installed.

Since it shows a special cursor (which looks like a tilt-wheel on some mice), I'd have to guess it is something your mouse utility is doing - though why it has the left/right arrows when you can't scroll left or right I'm not sure. But look in your mouse setup, not in Opera.

Thank you!!!)
In all, the program from the mouse A4Tech Bloody was to blame. The browser and the program for the mouse were updated at one time, so I certainly thought that the browser was to blame.
All thanks for the help!)
