Can not change top bar color.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro x64

With this version I can't change top bar as system color. I've checked the title at settings/browser/User interface but it doesn't change.

There is a new setting in the speed dial settings (not in Settings yet) to switch between light and dark themes, that may make "system color" less meaningful.
