Setting wallpaper on Opera Neon

I have downloaded two wallpapers for the new browser but I cannot find a tab in settings which allows me to install.

As far as I know, Neon gets its background from the system wallpaper. That would mean the "Neon-themed wallpapers" they offered for download are system wallpapers to make your system look more like Neon rather than vice versa.
