Recovering old Speed Dial

I had to restart my computer and when i installed opera again i had a diffrent speed dial and i want mine back i know were it is but how do i make it as my primary one again

First of all, please read the Forum rules. I've set a new topic title this time.
Did you install Opera on top of an old installation or it is a new one? Was sync enabled on the old installation? Do you have a backup of the old installation?
