Shaking browser

Hi,
when i hover over a link whithin the browser, the whole browser seems to shake (a little though). Does anyone know how to solve this?

Never seen that. Are you using the latest version? When did this start?

I've also never seen it happening nor heard about this issue before your post.

Do you use any extension?

Are you using any kind of mouse interface software (such as Logitech, etc)? Also, do you know what video driver chip or graphics card is in your system?

having the same issue, actually when I use gmail(also other sites), hangouts iframe shaking when mouse over it or moving, it start shaking. My mouse logitech M 100, latests nvidia drivers, arch gnu/linux latests updates.
