Edit- Flag marker blocks text

Let's say, I write a comment, and then post it. I see a mistake and want to edit it. I click on the cog wheel and see the words edit and flag inside a black rectangle. Sometimes that black rectangle blocks where I want to edit, and I cannot drag the rectangle away from the text I want to edit.

It did not happen in this section of the forum, but it has happened today in other sections. Perhaps, this is something that is in the process of being fixed. If so, great.

Just click on the cog wheel again and that retangle will disappear.
