I still keep going back to v 12.16 because each version gets worse as far as stability, etc. I installed v 20 and it wouldn't open ANY web sites. NONE. Each tab (I had 3 open) said that the site was either unavailable or offline. Never mind that I was able to go to each of those sites in Opera 12.16 (32 bit), Chrome, FF and even IE with NO problems. I tried shutting everything down (even going so far as to check in my Task Manager) and rebooting. Same sad story. Combine the instability with the features that were stripped out but should be standard (seriously, no Home page button? Are you f***ing kidding me????), and Opera has gone from being the best browser out there to the worst. Hell, IE is even better now. Maybe Opera should hire some devs who know what they're doing.

Opera 20 opens any and every website in my PC, maybe you should learn some stuff so you know what you're doing on your PC.

Everything is work perfectly with my desktop Opera 20 in terms of sites. Brucebarr, there must be something wrong with your installation.

No problems here... NONE. Must be the OP's pc. If I were you I would uninstall it and try and new installation.
