Is Opera calling China?

My anti-bad program repeatedly accuses Opera of calling 127.42.0.5 which a Chinese address (WhoIs says).
Although blocked, it is a nuisance. Anyone else seeing this?

Perhaps you live in a parallel universe where this program has been enhanced with virtual phone capabilities and it simply tries to reach your friends in China.

It's a loop-back address like 127.0.0.1:

"IP Address: 127.42.0.5
Name: SPECIAL-IPV4-LOOPBACK-IANA-RESERVED"
