Having used Opera since the early years, I have adopted the "new" opera slowly, primarily because of the bookmark issues. Slowly, I have installed on our systems, and with version 20 find that between the support of bookmarks, AND nesting of speed dial entries, it works pretty well. My big issue, though, is that on my personal notebook, which displays at 1920*1200, the items on the screens are too small to read. Not sure why things are rendering so differently than "old" Opera, but has anyone else encountered this? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

They kinda removed hidpi support because it was buggy. It will be reimplemented when they have fixed it.

I'm facing the same issue with 1600 x 900 so I can't imagine how small 1920 x 1200 must be. I can readjust Firefox and IE11 but not Opera. My eyes are readjusting to the small font but I'd rather have this fixed.

Good to hear about high DPI support. I did try to "flag" it to on, but it did, indeed, do strange things. Some of my screen was big, and some was small. I am once again hopeful!

Just wanted make the same posting. I loved the way you could adjust the GUI in the old Opera.

What is so difficult in using point sizes instead of pixel sizes for fonts?

And Opera: I prefer a slightly buggy display over an completely unreadable display.

It's being worked on. Opera 22 looks better already.
