What to fo with this command string ........... index.ini ( M2 mail )

Hello there ,

I have about 5 different e-mail accounts in M2..............

Opera let me use my account no. 3 when I am using index. ini command :
blah ... blah ....Focus previous widget & previous item & previous item .

Why Opera do not do the same thing to select my account no. 3 if I do :
blah ... blah ....Focus previous widget & Delay, 100 & go to top & next item & Delay, 1000 & next item.

I tried even by inserting " open dropdown " command but Opera just do not do anything. ( no dropdown action is perform ... no anything I can see from the screen any dropdowm motion appears...... )

Kindly please if someone could explain me why selecting e-mail account to send work by using " previous item ,,,,, previous item,,,, etc." and ignore : " next item ,,,,, next item ,,,, etc."

I will need the select e-mail account automation start from the top and go to my account no. 3......
